兰州暑假班的火爆程度只有到过这里的人们才能感觉到！没有那个学校像新东方这样受学生的如此热捧。在开心的同时，感受到的是沉甸甸的一份责任！

我要求我部门的老师，仲元（主教新概念一、听说初级班）、海亮（主教新概念二、听说中级）、李媛等老师努力的备课，把课讲的更好一点。只有这样我们才能对得起学员和家长对我们的信任！

秋季班就要结束了，我从7月10日从北京过来后一天也没有休息过，昨天称了一下，减了10斤，更加苗条了：）。新东方是个减肥的好地方！

在北京没有这样忙碌过，即使是暑假，也没有像在这里这样的大强度。但我又一次找到了创业的激情！今天接到几个北京同事的电话，问我回来吗？我说我不回去了，这里挺好！男人，不就是要不断的挑战自己的极限嘛！

偶尔在夜深人静的时候悄悄的想念北京，想念北京的家，想念那里的朋友们。有人说忧伤的男人其实也很魅力，不知道是否属实！心情总有起起落落，落落起起，生活的美也许正在于此吧！

秋季班已经开始疯狂报名了，我将和我的部门的老师一起努力把课上的更好、更好一些，以不辜负那些喜欢我们的学子们。
