As the fast development of China, hunting for a proper job for a university---student is becoming harder and harder. It’s not “1993” any more, we can no longer stay in mom’s warm arms waiting for free opportunities. So we have to make a neat plan for our Career. But what should we do? You might be confused.

Well, here are some personal suggestions:

First, you must find your way as soon as possible when you enter the university. Here, what we mean about the “way” is something that you’re really willing to be a devotee of. It’s true that almost 70% undergraduates have even no notion of their occupation, most of them think that occupation is just something they can make money through.But have you ever thought deeply about why you make money? For happiness? Absolutely !But if you work with something that you don’t care or you will never find enthusiasm in, I bet you will never be happy no matter how much money you get. For 80% you will say Yes ! I agree ! I couldn’t agree with you more. And you are right my dear friend this is also what I am going to claim---FIND YOUR WAY OR NOT REACH THE TARGET!

Second, as you have already define your direction, all you should do now is to work straightly hard on it. I don’t need to tell much about the importance of this since everybody even children know that straight line connecting two points is the shortest.

Third, now it’s time to get your fruits and realize their value. It’s an exciting moment, isn’t it? But don’t be so eager to put away your gun, for invisible danger is so easy to arise at the very moment---relationship!

You might have always heard about stories almost chosen from the newspapers:

Peking graduates was fired for no good reason within three months;

Skillful worker spent 20 years in the same position without any promotion;

Experienced professor was forced to quit for being a dodo;

So now you can see how important that you don’t touch the warning line of the abhorrent thing---RALATIONS
