东方纺织印染有限公司由苏州奥林特投资有限公司投资，是获得国家发改委商务部批准在埃塞投资8000万美金的一个项目。

Dongfang Spinning Printing and Dyeing PLC is financed by Suzhou Orient Investment Co., Ltd at the capital of 80 million USD upon the permission of investment in Ethiopia from Ministry of Commerce and National Development and Reform Committee.

 本项目分为二期。一期投入2000万美金，主要有阿拉伯头巾生产线和两条印花染色生产线。年产量40，000，000米布料和600万条头巾。

The project of Dongfang Spinning Printing and Dyeing PLC would mainly consist of two phases. During the first phase, we have invested twenty million dollars in one Arabian kaffiyeh production line and two printing and dyeing production lines. The capacity is 40,000,000 m/y of textile fabrics and 6000000 pieces of kaffiyeh.

 第二期，投资额度将达6000万美金，引进世界先进的数码印花技术和设备并分批次喷水机及针织和梭织织机600台，年生产坯布5600万米。第二期建设周期预计为12个月。

During the second phase, the investment capital would be as large as sixty million dollars. The world advanced technique and equipments of digital printing would be introduced. In the mean time, 600 sets of knitting looms and shuttle looms as well as water jet weaving machines would be installed with a capacity of 56,000,000 m/y of the grey fabric. The construction cycle for the second phase would be 12 months.

 本项目的阿拉伯头巾可填补埃塞的空白，同时产品出口到周边及欧美国家可为埃塞创汇。此外，该项目可逐步减少埃塞对纺织进口的依赖，从而为埃塞节约外汇。  

The Arabian kaffiyeh of this project would supply a gap for Ethiopia production and the export to the neighbor and European countries would definitely bring tremendous of foreign currency to Ethiopia. Besides, this project would reduce textile import of Ethiopia and therefore, save foreign currency for them.

 该项目可增加埃塞的就业数量，并且培养很多埃塞的技术工人，该项目全部投产后预计聘用当地工人数量超过3000人。

What’s more, this project can also bring the training for technical workers and over 3000 job opportunities to Ethiopia after starting production.
