As a morning toddles to
come,
The sun saunters with
fun,
As a cloud's strolling
around the beam,
Sweet flowers creeping to
the dream;
As the wind loiters beside
the meandering stream,
A fish roams left and
right,
And a gull's prowling on
the steam,
The butterfly fluttering to
the sky;
When the twilight
approaches sidlingly,
The dark stalks to the last
gleam,
The moon peeps out
ploddingly,
As a cat staggers in the
chilly wind,
Waiting for a wandering
carriage,
At night, that's the way
you walk to the end.
