An interesting article. It tells an open environment. Managers should not have office, but all sit in cubicle as others. It does help, but I am thinking about the efficiency. Currently I feel very efficient sitting in office, to make calls with customer, do 10 - 10 meeting, etc. Because most of time my conversation are confidential and should not be aware by others. Besides, most of time the document I am making are confidential as well.
 
But I do understand the value of open environment. How to make a balance between management efficiency and company efficiency? I have to think about that all the way through...
