1:YinYang  balance Its  good  for people to eat and keep healthy.

2: For our human, only when we keep the banlance of Yin and Yang can we keep healthy.

3:It is believed that foods can be devised into yin and yang dishes .keeping the balance of yin-yang is good to health.

4:阴阳平衡主要影响在人类的膳食上面,它不能过分阴也不能过分阳,否则人体会出问题,而且蔬菜和肉食要结合食用!

5:Yin foods mean thin cooling low in calories.Yang foods mean rich spicy warming high in calories.YinYang balance embodies the balance in food materials and in flavors.By eating balanced diet can we keep healthy.
