    北京奥运是郭晶晶参加的第四届奥运会，此前每次在国外比赛，对于习惯中国口味的郭晶晶来说，吃饭都是个大问题，为了保证体能，她每次都会带上大量的方便面和辣椒酱。“郭晶晶说她一直不太喜欢西餐，“因为他们的味道对我来说太怪了，我更喜欢吃有味道的东西。” 因此，郭晶晶每次出国辣椒酱都是必备的。“都是在外边买的，不是妈妈给我做的了。雅典奥运会的时候，我就带了很多辣椒酱，比如：‘老干妈’啊什么的，然后配着方便面一起吃，就是这样我才拿到奥运会冠军的，呵呵，没有想到吧。”
