大师不愧是大师

无论我是如何的萎靡或骄躁，每次一坐到T爷爷身边就很快平和下来，感觉温煦的能量层层包裹着自己

大师在宣讲瑜伽经典的过程中总是充满了睿智与幽默，让人轻松一笑间了悟人生的哲理

在讲到mind的消极属性的时候，大师讲了个关于思维定势的小故事，听后让人忍俊不禁，同时又发人深省，令人不禁的反躬自查。俺一般听过的东西，尤其是好东西，过耳不忘，历久弥新。

当时大师是这样讲的  Then the story goes:

 

There was a middle aged Indian man who always had dreams at nights. 

To his great astonishment that usually most of his dreams came true.

It's kind of like some prophetic dreams.

The results repeatedly confirmed the acuracy of his dreams. 

So he started believing everything he dreamed of will come true. (See ,A fixation has formed.)

 

One night he dreamed about he died in an accident.  After waking up, he firmly believed he was dead ,no matter how hard his family memebers explained to him that he was still alive and kicking.  However in his mind, he was dead, that seemed to be the only fact he knew.  

His family didn't have any luck to "wake him up".

Then his family turned him to a psychiatrist ,hoping to help him out of the illusion.

The psychiatrist asked  him whether he knew the difference between life and death. 

He said: "I don't know, I only know that I'm dead".

 

The psychiatrist takes out a knife and says: "if you are alive, I cut your finger, it will cause lots of pain and great bleeding; if you are dead, and I cut your finger, you will not bleed and feel nothing. You still insist that you are dead?" 

 

"Do what you gotta do, I'm a deam man anyway"

 

So the psychiatrist had no choice left but gave him a cut on his finger.

 

"Oooouch!!!!"  The poor guy cried out loud

 

Of course, there's blood coming out along with the poor man's wild screaming.

The psychiatrist asked:" Now you have to believe that you are alive,you are bleeding and painful"

 

Do you know how did the man react after that??

He said: "No , you lied. It's just a perfect proof of that a dead man's finger can also bleed and the dead man can feel the pain too!!"

 

简要翻译如下：

从前有位总做梦的中年印度男人，令他感到惊讶的是他所作的梦每每都能成真，屡试不爽。

从此他就有了一个思维定势，就是他觉得所梦的一切肯定都会实现！

一日他梦到自己死于意外，醒来之后便一蹶不振，坚信自己已经死了，无论家人如何劝说解释。

家人很是郁闷，无奈只得找来精神医生来帮忙，试图唤醒进入“幻想”状态的男子。

 

医生询问该男子是否知道生于死的区别

“不知道，俺只知道俺已经死翘翘了”

那么我来告诉你区别，医生亮出明晃晃的手术刀，

并在空中划了一下说“要是割活人的手指，活人是会出血地会很疼地；要是割死人的手指，死人是不会出血也不会疼地。你还认定你是死人么？我可要割了哦？”

“做你该做的吧，反正俺是死人一个！”

“嘿，还真是死猪不怕开水烫的主儿，那就别怪俺不客气了”医生心理寻思着，然后用刀割了男子的手指。

“嗷......!!!!!” 男子凄惨的叫着

 

医生指男子着鲜血淋漓的手指说：“这下你总该相信你是活人了吧，你很疼而且在流血耶” 医生有些得意

 

大家知道该男子是如何回应的么？

 

“医生，你大错特错了；刚才的一幕恰恰完美的证明了一个死人也可以流血也可以感知疼痛！”
