电视美食节目实地采访了位于德清新市的“仙潭老汤羊肉面馆”，看到那碗酥而不烂、连皮带肉有肥有瘦的大块羊肉，用筷子轻轻一夹，就脱颖而出，真是口水一地。于是去品尝下。

    南庄兜－绕城北线－申嘉湖杭高速，到新市出，沿新修的宽敞大路（限速80码）就到了位于新市镇中心的仙潭路。仙潭老汤面馆就在仙潭路东端的银都大酒店旁，将车停入（原来面馆跟酒店是一家人），从酒店停车场进了面馆。

   面馆不大，老式装修。门前赫然摆放着“酥羊大面”的招牌。

   一碗酥而不烂的羊肘子，一碗老汤细面。另送黄酒一杯，花生米一碟，26元。

   那羊肉真的很酥，入口即烂，而且不膻，不甜（相比临平红烧羊肉而言）。

   店里也卖大碗的“酱羊肉”（红烧羊肉的本地称呼），120元，连一个精致的青花瓷大碗及竹编方篮。

    另尝了店里特色“酱肉面”（猪肉），酱肉还行，汤不行。。买了店里做的“咸茶糕”，猪肉馅的米粉糕，很不错。

    饭毕，去水乡特色的古镇河边走一圈，就是以前塘栖那种河边骑楼，这里还是原汁原味，而且不收费。有些大户人家还办了民居展，实物及资料丰富，值得一看。
