(LONDON, April 7) -- The Olympic flame flew into the French capital on Sunday, but the scene of the torch relay in London on Saturday is still fresh on the minds of media members.
Braving an April snowfall in London, a group of Chinese students from Reading University gathered in Wimbledon Stadium early Sunday to show their support for the historic torch relay.
Elsewhere at Trafalgar Square and No. 10 Downing Street, overseas Chinese in Britain were seen proudly holding China's national flag. Intermittently, they sang the Chinese anthem to boost the spirit of the torchbearers.

Together with her peers, a Chinese girl ran after the torchbearers, with a blue flag of the Beijing Olympic Games. She was excited by a reporter's camera and burst into tears. Trying to keep calm, she let the cameraman focus in on her.
The torch relay experienced the longest day yesterday and ended successfully despite pauses. British police prevented disruptions to the relay attempted by a handful of people, and the flame's global journey will continue regardless of wind or snow in the future.
