去位于Hotel Bleston Court内的Bleston Court Yukawatan法国餐厅，可以选择沿着林中小径向内走到或乘坐度假村小汽车前往，餐厅主厨在被誉为法餐奥利匹克“博古斯全球料理”大赛鱼肉料理中获得第一名、总成绩排名第三。

餐厅内使用代表法兰西热情与优雅的红灰配色、天鹅绒高背椅、实木餐桌椅，温暖静谧又别致典雅。

烹饪使用的食材均采摘自轻井泽当地不远处的菜园和农场，保证了食材的新鲜地道，厨师将日式料理的精髓与法式大餐的特色相融合，使得古老东方的质朴悠远与西方社会优雅奢华的气质像结合，从而打造出深具独创性的美味料理。

在开始进行第一道菜之前，餐厅会先上一盘精致小菜，你可以提出自己对味道的要求，餐厅会根据你的要求调整后面菜品的味道。而食材的盛器可以保证你吃到的最后一口料理也不会冷掉，这些盛器是由陶艺家根据料理长的创作量身打造的独一无二的绝品。
