为了丰富大家的知识，今天给大家讲一个音乐上的术语。

Temperament 的意思是1. 性格, 性情, 气质2. （人或动物的）气质，性情，性格，禀性3. 易冲动；（性情）暴躁；喜怒无常。

在音乐上，它的意思是平均律，一般情况下指十二平均律。

那什么是十二平均律呢？首先请看下面的钢琴键盘。

在一个八度的音阶上，白键和黑键的总数就是12。而每个相邻的键之间都是半音的关系。那为什么钢琴键盘要这样设计呢？就是根据十二平均律。

首先以la为基础音，并规定为440Hz。下一个八度的la’为880 Hz。这样我们可以看到一个八度就是相差一倍频率，十二平均律就是是指将八度的音程(二倍频程) 成十二等份，使各相邻两音之间的频率之比相等。然后就是做数学题了。

440 X¹²  = 880 所以 X= 12√2= 1.05946…  所以每个半音之间的频率比都是1.05946….

但至于为什么一个八度要分12份？这个问题我也不是很懂，可能因为这样最好听的缘故吧，其实除了十二平均律，还有平均律。而且不同风格的音乐都有着自己的音阶，例如我国的“宫商角徵羽”就是一个八度中去掉fa和xi。所以十二平均律只是一种最常用的律制，并不是自然的真理，但这丝毫不影响这个人类伟大发明的美妙。需要提出的是我国明朝的朱載堉是最早把十二平均律提升为理论等级的人哦。有兴趣的同学可以继续查查资料。
