两年前探访北碚新寨子，是在春寒料峭的四月初，清明节。虽狂风呼啸，却也充满春的生机。（三溪口有个叫新寨子的老寨）

    这一次探访新寨子，则是在立春初始，时节依然的冬季。大地万物尚待复新，但立春的阳光已初露笑颜。

    这次去的原因，一是到附近颐尚温泉玩耍，与新寨子同在三溪口蔡家附近，到新寨子，油门一踩就到；二是从宾馆早上起来，几个人一致决定去爬爬山，活动筋骨；三是网友徐小东近日留言，说“新寨子里面已经没有人家居住了，一片的荒芜、凄凉。一个人在寨墙上面走了一周，感到异常的恐慌，太冷清了，可以说是全身发麻。”这留言增加了我再次前往的兴致。

还没有沿着已经荒废的小路爬到山顶的新寨子，就已经感觉到它比两年前的荒凉了，四处杂草丛生。

那个火药池的门还是掩盖在一丛植物的后面，不注意的话还真不易发现。

城墙上的构造在历史风雨中留存着，也在飘摇着。

因为是五人同行，大家你言我语，所以即使在颓废的寨墙，也没有感到特别凄凉的气息。

    两年前来访时，这里还住着最后一个姓肖的老人，两条忠实的土狗陪伴着他。这次上来，连他所居住的房屋也像图片这样子了。

沿着城墙绕行一周，我们来到南面的寨门。

从门外向上望，不知道哪一年生长的黄桷树早已在寨门上盘根错节。

灌木丛从城墙生长出来，这使得寨子更显得沧桑与荒凉。

南门出来，回头望望，新寨子正被杂草灌木丛掩埋着，一种历史感。
