send away/send for/send up辨析

 Send 意为 (1)寄（信），发（电报）

          (2)（派人）送；

          (3)派遣；

          (4)使…….变得

4、The bad news sent him mad/ out of mind.

1、send away意为“派遣”、“把……送往”、“开除”、“解雇”、“撵走”等。如：

 l)Boats were sent away to the rescue.已派出船只前往营救了。

2、 send for意为“派人去叫（请）”，后面接所要叫（请）的人。如：

  注意：send与send for的用法区别，试比较：
