“再低，就不可能了。”近日，在清坪高速收费站，一地产商打出一块巨大广告牌。这句醒目的广告词旁边是一个穿着红色低胸裙子的女子，女子胸部坚挺，肌肤白皙，红裙撩人，令人浮想联翩。

自去年10月深圳楼市随着市场交易冷淡，价格一直在下跌。这家地产商广告牌上说，约5056元/平方米起，畅享约30万平方米大社区品质生活，一期全新五号楼宽景单位，五一隆重推出。

可是，房价真的不能再低了吗？

据报道，五一期间广州楼价平均降了4000元，许多高价楼房有价无市，无人问津。在北京的有些地方，由于资金断链，已经有新的烂尾楼开始出现。深圳的炒房客们早已叫苦不迭，纷纷嚷着是该断供还是贱卖。

我的判断，房价并非不能再低了，房价只是才刚刚开始拉低，就好象女人胸前的裙子，天还不够热呢，天气才刚刚开始转热，裙子还会更低更短的，你能看到的不仅仅是乳沟，等水分都挤干后，你就等着好看吧。

因为，远远还没有到露底的时候，当潮水退去，你能看到每一个屁股。
