    COLOR FIELD is a modern Chinese Ink and Wash painting on rice paper painted by Chinese contemporary artist Dr Cui Zimo in 2009. The painting was first shown to public during CUI ZIMO’S contemporary art exhibition in Montreal in May 2010.

    Aligned with traditional Chinese painting style of illustrating artistic conception, COLOR FIELD seeks to surpass the tradition by creating a superb ink art, which calls for infinite imagination of nature and sphere. COLOR FIELD belongs to Cui Zimo’s abstract painting collection and it embodies the artist’s unique skills and personal characteristics.

    In May 2010's Montreal exhibition, COLOR FIELD generated great interest within visitors and was praised by the media.
