第 43屆西印度群島嘉年華遊行是加勒比海移民傳統和美國文化交融的盛會, 來自加勒比海各島國的移民穿著自己祖國象徵顏色的華麗服飾，有的遊行團體以四季氣候為主題，有的則是以世界各國特色為主題。这是目前紐約市中規模最盛大的 遊行，每年吸引遊客超過200萬人，遊行沿路更有上百間攤販，提供加勒比海風味美食，從七彩飲品到海島烤雞、手工藝品、項鍊、旗幟应有尽有...
