I may be traveling by school bus to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden on March.18, 2010 if I win class lottery. I hope I could be one of the lucky winners, and then I will get the opportunity to learn about plants and planting, attend workshops at the school and at the Botanic Garden. We will learn all about kitchen botany (using common vegetables to help grow new plants.) During the hands-on workshop, we will plant individual plants in the classrooms with kids. It would be more amazing and exciting for doing a particular thing, rather than just talking about it, isn’t it?

Lottery will be held soon and I will be notified if I am select. I want to say good luck to myself this time as I look forward to attending this wonderful trip. If I do get a chance to participate in this exciting program called Project Green Reach, I will take pictures and share them with my online friends here.
