羊湖，全名是羊宗雍措湖，藏语中是天上蓝色宝石湖的意思。

    在我们的行程中，路过了四次羊湖，其中有一天，也就是5月1日下午是专门去拍羊湖日落的，阴天。5月4日我们去日喀则，又路过了羊湖。早晨，羊湖边两侧的山上，有厚厚的白雪，衬着蓝蓝的湖水。随后太阳出来了，把湖水照得绿绿的。 5 月5日傍晚，我们从日喀则赶回来，看到了羊湖的落日。羊湖很长，在沿途，只要看到好的景色，我们都请开车的师傅停车去拍照。在等待好的光的时候，我们也彼此拍了很多人物。师傅说他从来没有见过这样的游客，把羊湖拍了个底朝天（他的意思是我们拍得实在太多了）。
