2013年8月10日，跟神州行户外登山，以三岔口为结点，Y型行走光头山、鹿角梁和分水岭。全程约60里，累积拔高1100米，用8小时15分钟。光头山和鹿角梁一直躲藏在云雾中，背风处气温15度，迎风处10度。

    路径为：10:00从三岔口出发，海拔2510米；11:00到达光头山，海拔2884米，穿上加厚外套，找背风处坐下，欣赏自南向北翻滚飘逸的云雾；冻得哆嗦，11:40下撤；12:15回到三岔口；14:20到达鹿角梁，海拔2610米，能见度只有几米；吃饭、休息；14:40下撤，16:35回到三岔口；18:15到达G210秦岭南北分水岭，海拔1980米，完成活动。
