2010年4月24日，去秦岭登山。从环山旅游公路南侧的上王村出发，由黄峪口进秦岭，沿黄峪沟到黄峪寺村6号（老牛家）吃午饭。饭后沿土地梁到卧佛寺，稍事休息；经（青华山）四天门（青华寺）、三天门、二天门、头天门和陕西青年职业技术学院，回到上王村。

    全程34里，垂直拔高810米。
