机组安装
Unit Installation
机组安装之前,应检查确认现场已具备安装条件,方可拆除机组包装。机房应保持清洁,机组之安装基础应平整完备,尺寸应符合机组安装要求。
Before installation, unpack the unit only after confirming the site
to have installation conditions. Machine room should keep clean,
its installation foundation should be level and intact, and the
size of foundation should meet the requirements of unit
installation.
拆包后应按装箱单进行清点,检查设备零部件及附属材料、技术资料是否完整,产品铭牌及合格证是否清晰正确。
After unpacking, check it according to the packing list to see if
the parts, auxiliary materials and technical materials are intact
and if the product nameplate and certificate of quality are clear
and correct.
安装之前,还应当进行外观及重要部件检查,检查机组外表有无损伤,检修门及各密封面是否完好,机内各主要部件是否完备无损,有否松动。
Before installation, unit appearance and key parts also should be
checked. Check if its appearance is damaged, if the access door and
sealing faces are complete, if the main parts in the unit are
complete and undamaged or if the main parts are loose.
对于净化机组,外观及重要部件检查合格后,还应当对机组之箱板、过滤器槽架、表冷器及加热器、风机及电机表面进行清洁处理,擦拭除去表面尘土、油污及杂物。
For the purifying unit, after its appearance and key parts are
checked to be qualified, surface of the boxboard, filter slot rack,
surface air cooler, heater, fan and motor also should be cleaned to
wipe the dust, oil stain and sundries on the surface.
有关人员在安装前应认真熟悉图纸、安装说明及机组表面的各种警示标识。需要分段组装时,段体排列顺序必须与图纸相符合。
Before installing the unit, relevant personnel should know the
drawings well, installation instructions and the warning marks on
unit surface carefully. When the unit needs to be assembled in
sections, order of section bodies should follow the drawings.
安装程序如下:
After completing the above inspection procedures, user can install
the unit. Installation steps are shown as follows:
1) 检查机组周围是否有足够的检修空间(特别是过滤网抽出一侧)。对于暗装吊顶式机组,下方顶棚应留活动检查口,以便机组检修。顶棚与机组之间应留足制作水封及凝水管道的走管空间。
1) Check if enough space is
left around the unit (especially for the side to draw out the
filter screen). For the unit with concealed suspended ceiling, an
active check hole should be left on the ceiling below for unit
repair. Enough space also should be left between ceiling and unit
for water seal and water piping.
2) 确认机组的安装基础或吊装支架能够承受机组的运行重量,且应保持机组水平。
2) Ensure installation
foundation and hanging support to bear operating weight of the unit
and then keep the unit level.

对于落地式机组,确保机组基础统一平整后(基础的高度应能使机组可以安装合适的水封,以保证冷凝水排水顺畅),然后将机组置于基础之上,调平、调正后,将机组底架与基础之间固定牢固。最后将风阀等附件安装就位。
3) For floor-type unit, after
ensuring the unit foundation to be level (foundation height should
allow to make proper water seal for the unit, so as to ensure
smooth condensate water drainage), put the unit on the foundation;
after leveling and aligning, fix the unit underframe to the
foundation; finally, install the accessories like air valve in
place.

对于吊装式机组,应确保吊装支架平稳牢固,位置正确。吊杆与机组连接处,应使用双螺母紧固,并找平、找正,使各个吊点均匀受力。
4) For ceiling-mounted unit,
hoisting support should be steady and fixed in right place. The
joint between suspender and unit should be fastened by double nuts,
and then leveled and aligned to make each point bear even
force.
5) 空调机组所有风口与风管连接均须采用软件连接方式,避免硬连接产生的噪声。
5) All the air inlets/outlets
and pipes of air-conditioning unit should adopt soft connection to
avoid the noise caused by hard connection.
机组一般采用整体运输,到现场后只需按上述程序安装定位即可,但有时需要将一台机组分成几段运输,在现场进行组装。另外,有些机组的某些功能段的长宽尺寸有可能超过运输的最大允许尺寸,对于这样的特大型机组,本公司将提供现场装配服务。
Generally speaking, the unit will be transported as a whole and it
only needs to be installed and located according to the above steps
after arriving at site. But sometimes, a unit also needs to be
transported in several parts and it needs to be assembled at site.
Besides, the length and width of some function sections of some
units might be larger than the maximum size allowed by
transportation. For such super-large units, our company will
provide onsite assembly service.
日常检查
Daily check
风机的异常情况,一般都是异常的声响、振动或者温度的上升。为此,日常检查至关重要。
Generally speaking, abnormal conditions happened to the fan include
abnormal noise, vibration or temperature rise. Thus, daily check is
very crucial.
(1)振动
(1) Vibration
通风机在运转时若发生异常振动,应立即停机检查原因。请注意叶轮及轴承的检查,如轴承损坏应及时更换。
If abnormal vibration happens when the fan is running, please stop
immediately to check it. Then, please pay attention to check the
impeller and bearing. If the bearing is broken, please replace it
in time.
(2)声响
(2) Noise
通风机除在运转时发生的声音外,若有异常音响发生,应立即确定其原因。请注意皮带打滑,连接部的松动,异物的侵入,轴承/电机的故障等情况。特别是轴承的检查,如润滑不良,轴承破裂等情况若早期发现可避免发生事故。
Except the normal sound generated when the fan is running, if any
abnormal noise is generated, please confirm the reason immediately.
Then, please pay attention to the abnormal conditions, such as belt
slip, loose joint, foreign materials and bearing/motor failure.
Especially for checking the bearing, if the conditions like poor
lubricating or bearing is broken are found at early time, it can
avoid accident from happening.
(3)温度
(3) Temperature
请注意通风机轴承座/电机外壳的温度,若用手指触摸表面仅能坚持3-4秒钟,则此表面温度约60℃,为对异常温升有一个精确判断,可用仪表准确测定。
Please pay attention to the temperature of bearing seat/motor case
of the fan. If operator can keep touching its surface for 3-4s with
fingers, the surface temperature is about 60℃. Besides, in order to
make an accurate judgment to abnormal temperature rise, it can be
measured with meter.
风机停车后,若发现皮带轮温度偏高,则可能是皮带打滑引起,应进行张力测定并调整。
After the fan stops, if temperature of the belt pulley is high, it
might be caused by belt slip; then please make tension measurement
and adjust it.
蒸汽加热系统运行中应注意的问题
Matters needing attention when steam heating system is
running
1)正确调节蒸汽的减压装置,使用于空气加热的蒸汽压力相对稳定,力求避免压力波动过大。在加热系统的运行中,如果所供蒸汽压力波动过大和过于频繁将会引起加热器处理空气温度的频繁波动而难以稳定。
1)
Regulate the
steam decompressor correctly to make the steam pressure for air
heating relatively stable, so as to try to avoid pressure
fluctuation from becoming too large. When the heating system is
running, if the offered steam pressure fluctuates seriously and
frequently, it will make the air processing temperature of heater
fluctuate frequently and hard to be stable.
2)防止加热系统蒸汽管路中阀门(包括截止阀、电动调节阀)的内泄漏,以免造成加热器出风温度的失调。加热系统中无论是电动调节阀(或手动调节阀)还是旁通阀的内漏(即通过阀体内阀芯处的泄漏),一般不易被发现。一旦发生泄漏,尤其在所需加热量较小或不需加热时,将会造成加热失控现象。如果作为送风温度的调节,将会无法保证调节参数的要求。
2) Prevent internal leakage from
happening to the valves (including stop valve and electric control
valve) on the steam pipeline of heating system, so as to prevent
the air outlet temperature of heater being uncontrollable.
Generally speaking, it is hard to find the internal leakage (i.e.
leakage from the valve element) of electric control valve (or
manual control valve) and bypass valve in heating system. Once
leakage happens, especially for it requires small heating quantity
or it doesn’t need heating, it may be uncontrollable. If it is
regulated as supply air temperature, it cannot meet the
requirements of regulating parameters.
3)加热系统在启动时,应首先检查系统中所有阀件,使其处于应该处于的开启或关闭位置。并且通过疏水器的旁通管路或疏水器前的冲洗管路将加热器内积存的凝结水排出去,避免在加热系统运行中造成升温过慢或不工作的情况。
3) While starting the heating
system, please check all the valves first to make them open or
close as it is required. Then, discharge the condensate water left
in heater by the bypass pipeline of steam trap or by the flushing
pipeline in front of steam trap to prevent slow temperature rise
when the heating system is running or it doesn’t work.
4)加热系统运行中,严禁将加热调节的旁路和疏水器旁路上的阀门打开,以免造成加热失控现象。
4) When the heating system is
running, it is not allowed to open the valves on the bypass
pipeline of heating control and on the bypass pipeline of steam
trap to prevent uncontrollable heating.
5)对蒸汽管道中的过滤器和凝结水管路中疏水器之前的污物过滤器,应定期进行清洗或更换,避免因过滤器堵塞而造成系统管路堵塞或中凝结水无法排出,从而使加热系统无法工作的状态。
5) Please clean or replace the
filter in steam pipeline and the dirt filter in front of the steam
trap in condensate water pipeline regularly to prevent the system
pipeline from being blocked or prevent the condensate water from
not being able to be discharged caused for the filter is blocked,
which will make the heating system cannot work.
6)系统运行中应注意疏水器的运行检查,避免由于疏水器失灵而造成加热失控和不工作状况。
6) When the system is running,
please pay attention to make running check on steam trap to prevent
the uncontrollable heating and malfunction caused for steam trap
malfunctions.
疏水器运行的好坏,对于蒸汽加热系统能否正常工作起着重要作用。在加热系统运行中,由于加热器排出的蒸汽凝结水所带走的热量约占蒸汽热量的12%~15%。如果由于疏水器失灵,旁通阀未关闭或关闭不严,都会造成蒸汽窜入凝结水的管道中,这样一方面增大了由于漏汽、跑汽所造成的蒸汽热量损失,另一方面也会影响回水系统的正常运行,降低回水率,造成热能的浪费。
If the steam trap runs in a good or poor condition is significant
to the normal operation of steam heating system. When the heating
system is running, as the quantity of heat taken away by the steam
condensate water discharged from heater accounts for about 12%~15%
of total steam heat, if the steam trap malfunctions, bypass valve
is not closed or not tightly closed, some steam will get into the
condensate water pipeline. Thus, on the one hand, it will increase
the steam heat loss caused by steam leakage and deflation; on the
other hand, it will also influence normal operation of the return
water system and reduce water recovery rate, so as to cause heat
waste.
