游览了瞿昙寺后，我们又驱车来到了位于高庙镇柳湾村的中国柳湾彩陶博物馆参观。

   1974年，在青海省乐都县高庙镇柳湾村出土了迄今为止我国发现和挖掘规模最大、保存最完好的原始社会氏族聚落遗址和墓葬群，柳湾彩陶主要是青海先民的生活器具，更是青海历史的见证。
