It looks like it is on its way there as the pass I mentioned yesterday in my post above.

The bull case:

美股：too slow, too little volume (2009-02-20 01:47:32)

The blue ABC wave is done.

Both cases:

1) a double bottom there.

2) a new intraday low, 7447 vs. 7449, on the way down to 7012.

Me?  I am out, and neutral here.  Let them fight.
