The intelligent report shows more people have been moving into the bull camp from last week, which is good for bears.  Last week, if you can remember, I was ONLY worried about a bit low number in the bull camp.  Well, let me say this here, this week's data show a neutral reading in the market. There have been few times giving out a wrong timing for a bottom or top, those times were during the market went to extremes, like Apr-May 08 and Sept-Oct 08(the time for the bull and the bear).  In the end, however, the data still held the key to a top or bottom call, though it missed by 2 weeks.
