Here is what I said yesterday:

When I called the bottom in late November, 2008, I showed the chart below and said "Dollar tops, the stock market bottoms".  I believe that Dollar is on its Wave-C up, so...the broad market has not bottomed out yet.  Will this be the case again?  Let's wait and see.

Well, as the market closed for today, the dollar is something worthy to see and follow.

In the chart below, there are 2 things that you should keep your eyes on in next couple of days to get a conclusion:

1)RUT/SPX ratio,the bear does want to see this ratio turning and spiking up, the bull doesn't.

2)the dollar is clearly in its uptrend channel. In the past, "the dollar up, the market down" worked well hand-in-hand. It looks like it would be working once again this time.
