| http://www.cs.hit.edu.cn/cn/images/teacher/zdb.jpg | 赵德斌，博士，教授，博士生导师，分别于1985，1988和1998年在哈尔滨工业大学计算机系取得计算机科学与技术专业工学学士、工学硕士和工学博士学位。毕业后他加入哈尔滨工业大学计算机系，1993年任职副教授，2000年任职教授，现任哈尔滨工业大学博士生导师和中国科学院计算技术研究所博士生导师。曾任香港城市大学计算机系Research
Fellow。赵德斌教授的研究方向是多媒体数据压缩技术及其相关应用，到目前为止已在相关领域发表学术论文80余篇，包括IEEE
Trans. on CSVT，IEEE Trans. on SMC ，Pattern
Recognition等国际期刊，68篇论文(13篇/33篇/22篇)被SCI/EI/ISTP检索。赵德斌教授曾获得国家科技技术进步二等奖一项，省部科技进步一等奖二项，省部科技进步二等奖四项和三等奖二项。另外获得宝钢教育奖（优秀教师奖）。 Prof. Zhao Debin received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D degrees in computer science all from Department of Computer Science, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 1985, 1988, and 1998, respectively. After graduated, he joined the Dept. of computer science, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He was promoted as Associate Professor in 1993. Now he is Professor of HIT and Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been a Research Fellow in Dept. of CS, City University of HK. Prof. ZHAO's research interests include multimedia compression and its related applications. He has authored or co-authored over 80 publications, including IEEE Trans. on CSVT，IEEE Trans. on SMC ，Pattern Recognition. 13 of which indexed by SCI, 33 by EI and 22 by ISTP. He has obtained a National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second prize) in 2000, two times of Science and Technology Progress Award from Beijing and Shanghai government (First prize) and four times and two time of Science and Technology Progress Award of Chinese Aerospace Commission of Science and Technology (Second prize and Third prize). He also obtained an Excellent Teaching Award from Baogang Foundation in 2003. |
