DP 62 Herbal tea, brown sugar, plum, mint, ginger, longan, walnut & coffee - bone dry, vinous & intense. When warmed up, relaxed and softened with charms of caramel, coffee, date, plum, longan & walnut. Detailed finale of coffee & caramel.



DP 64 still weak mousse upon uncorking - the 1st round - a creamy, ethereal touch on aroma & palate - mint chocolate & coffee, cushioned by creamy fruit & lifted by vibrant acidity. Plum, longan, black tea, dusted with walnut. More seductive than 62. 2nd round, TCA apparent on nose but less harm to the taste.

Dusted with caramel, coffee, preserved plum, date & walnut. 3D,
expansive with an energetic, taut core. Vibrant &
long.


DP 69 still with delectable fruit of peach, yellow apple & mandarine orange, dusted with complexities of caramel & coffee. But relatively one dimensional in texture with more naked acidity.



Piper 59 half bottle - caramel, coffee & nut drenched fruit of sugar cane, Williams pear & red apple! Relaxed confidence! Thriving on ripeness (alcohol) instead of acidity! Impressive purity of fruit & longevity!
