Zesty, refreshing green apple & green citrus, firmly backed by a big punch of mineral stoniness. With aeration, lovely subtlety of slow-building toastiness is revealed, evidencing its slow evolution with lots of promise in store. While quite some 02 Champagnes have become reticent lately, this 02 blanc de blancs, showcasing purity of Vertus Chardonnay, has stayed tight & energetic!  

At less than HKD500, this is unbeatable for its stuff. One of the very best value Champagnes that I’ve ever encountered.
