    按酒庄建议，选用干白葡萄酒杯（Riedel Sommelier Chablis），使SALON能充分呼吸。

    酒色呈非常浅的柠檬黄，令人惊叹十二载岁月去无痕；气泡细致，发泡持久有力。

    初闻香为清爽怡人的果味（柠檬，柑橘，还带点蜜瓜甜香），而口感则极具冲击力 -- 如岩石般冷峻严厉的矿物质内核使酒体骨感十足，清劲内敛，一时间令人忘记了果味甚至酸度的存在！缓过神来，才感到矿物质铮铮铁骨上郁结的果味和酸度如遒健的肌肉，很节制地展示着力量和潜能。

    氧化发展后，酒香也更复杂强劲：柑橘果味，奶油香，陈皮和矿石，海水味揉在一起，最后是越来越浓的核桃味；口感中也有海水和牡蛎的咸腥；收结有回甘，是山楂果味。这是一款极健美有型的香槟，96年份的强劲酸度完美地融入整体之中，从头到尾，毫不突兀。他的无限潜力令我满心期待，一个传奇的序幕刚刚拉开......

Salon 1996: a summit

Very pale yellow with hints of green, the sign of obvious youth, Salon 1996 is limpid, crystalline and lively. It has fine, persistent bubbles and a perfect, subtle bouquet.

Initially the bouquet offers hints of green apple which, after brief contact with the air, develops into citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, combined with flashes of pear and kiwi.

Salon 1996 is complex and refreshing on the palate, with a sudden burst of minerality.

It is a well-built wine – virile and muscular, with contained strength.

Salon 1996 is rich and powerful, all-encompassing and subtle: a wine that people will still be talking about in 50 years’ time, as with Salon 1928.
