翟河底村位于南村镇东北,村子不小.现存东庙(药王庙),西庙(玄帝庙),关帝庙,玉皇庙;原来还有文风塔,文革时拆了修了学校.建筑年代都不早,现存多为清到民国建筑.玄帝庙保存比较完整,康熙年间大修,殿顶琉璃是明嘉靖二十年的,可惜全部被破坏掉了.关帝庙格局基本完整,布局也很讲究,只是缺乏保护,多有坍塌.药王庙只存正殿和东西垛殿,孤零零的站在高岗.玉皇庙规模最小,残存的东阁十分高大,当地人称为眼光阁.
