今天星期天，是走进教会的日子。很高兴，今天是一家四口走进Trinity 教会。女儿和我们坐在台下听道，开文则和他的乐队成员站在台上，带领所有人唱诗歌。

今日的分享和见证：牧师说，在每一个人的心中，都有一块压着很沉重的石头（Rock）。在你心中，这块石头是什么？ 你如何搬开它？ 如果有人把石头投向你，你将如何回应？ 如何放下心中的石头，不要用它投向别人，也不要用它砸向自己？

在音乐和歌声中，我们每个人都为自己心中的这块“石头”默祷。我看见，女儿起身走向站在角落里的牧师，低声倾诉压在她心底的秘密“石块”。

我也闭上眼睛，求神分担我心中的“石块”，并让埋藏在心底的愿望和渴求，求神来分担。。。

在生活中，求神让我学会站立和面对。无论走过快乐还是困苦，都让我心存一个希望，保守我的心，让这个祈求得以实现，不至于落空。。。
