• 红牙（鱼或） Otolithes ruber，不同名：Johnius ruber, Otolithoides ruber, Otolithus ruber,

     俗称：“三牙”。下颌比上颌长，三枚犬牙。味道相当鲜美。购于泉州菜市场。Tigertooth croaker.

     There is two canine teeth in top jawbone,and one in low jawbone. Also called rosy jewfish.
