程阳：希腊3月前启动博彩公司私有化招标

希腊私有化机构主席Ioannis
Koukiadis1月30日表示，希腊政府将在今年3月前启动希腊博彩公司私有化招标。根据希腊政府与欧盟、IMF和欧央行达成协议，希腊政府应于2011年出售博彩公司34%的股份，但由于国家深陷债务危机困扰，出售工作延迟进行。2011年，希腊通过私有化获得资金17亿欧元，远远低于原定40亿欧元的目标。根据原来达成的协议，2012年，希腊将通过私有化筹集93亿欧元资金，但Ioannis
Koukiadis表示这一目标恐怕实现不了，新的目标是47亿欧元，当然还要取决于债券互换协议谈判情况及能否取得新的救助等因素。
