‘Where there is a will, there is a way!’ Maybe everyone has heard of this famous saying. And I think this means that if someone never gives up hope and keeps working hard, he or she can achieve success after all. When I was eight, I started to learn swimming, but failed at first. However, I didn’t lose my buring desire and went on practicing so that I succeeded finally. So in my opinion, this saying is rather true and it often tells people what to do when they meet difficulties.

There is an old saying that ‘Where there is a will, there is a way!’ I think it is right. For example, Bill Gates was very shy when he was young, he tried very hard in computers and never gave up. So finally, he became president of the Microsoft. Another example is Allen Iverson---the famous NBA star who won the 2005 All-star MVP(The Most Valuable Player). He was only 1.83m tall and when he first entered NBA, nobody believed that he would be a good player. But he practised all day long and never gave up. As a result, he became the famous NBA star. These examples can clearly show that ‘Where there is a will, there is a way!’ If you never give up and keep doing one thing, then, impossible is nothing.

And he believed that where there is a will, there is a way. At last, he succeeded in his job. I suggest that everyone should be ambitious, and if you keep working hard, your dream will come true in the future.

This famous saying is so wonderful that it has encouraged so many people to realize such impossible things. Helen Keller, a blind and deaf woman, had a very strong mind to be successful. That seemed impossible, but finally she succeeded. And I just think that nothing can be done unless you have a strong ambition. Where there is a will, there is a way. As we all know, Qian Xuesen is the father of the space science. ‘The key to success,’ he said, ‘is to have the confidence to confirm that you can work out the problem.' And Jacky Chan, a famous actor, was so confident that he could perform such difficult actions which few people dare to try it. If you have such a strong willing to achieve success, being confident, and you will become successful.
