141 NOVICE CLASS: THE UNION JACK. A framed representation of England’s flag, in a scene or flying free. A minimum of five different types of flowers must be incorporated into the art. Open only to exhibitors who have not won a blue ribbon in the Pressed Plant Classes of the PHS Philadelphia International Flower Show prior to 2013.

To be displayed on a wall: include a secure tie or loop on the back (which must not be visible). Limited to 8 entries. (The mask must consist primarily of flat pressed plant material; three-dimensional material may be used as accent pieces only.)
