Hi there

   We hope everything is well with all of you.

   We´re doing great over here. We have had the best summer and fall in ages. The weather has been soo nice. Elliot loves being outside in our yard. He has his own swings and of course his bike and lots of other toys there. He is a very happy guy that loves to help us with everything we do. He is very nice most of the time but he is also a little mischievous. He is very smart and knows exactly what is right or wrong. When he is mischievous he looks up at us and smile that big smile of his and winks his eye. And then it is hard to be mad at him.

    He loves to eat which is very good. He loves all fruits, vegetables, fish, egg and meat His absolute favorite is watermelon, avocado and paprika. We are soo happy that he enjoys food. He has grown a lot since we got to Sweden, I think you can tell from the pictures. We have to buy him new clothes all the time. We are so happy and thankful that he ended up in our family. He is everything we ever wanted. We couldn´t have asked for a better child!

    A couple of our friends has adopted three children from Colombia. They are 4,8 and 11 years old and he loves to go to their house to play with them. Of course they have lots of toys, and Michael, who is 8 years, has a car that he can drive and Elliot is hypnotized! He just loves it. So Michael has to take the batteries out and say that it is broken to make him leave it. Another friend of his is a little girl Leia who is 1,5 years old. He is so gentle with her and always want to help her with everything. We think that is his Chinese heritage coming thru, all Chinese people we have met is always so nice and helpful.

    He also has a lot of fun at his daycare. He is there 3 days a week while we work. They are 15 children between the ages of 1-5 years. They play, sing songs, talks about the letters in the alphabet and teach them how to behave. Elliot is a very sweet boy, gets along with everybody and never gets in to trouble.

    This weekend we bought a bigger bed for him. It is red with a cat and a dog cut out in wood. He loves it. He wants to go to sleep the whole time and he puts his stuffed animals in there all the time. He still sleeps in our room but in his own new red bed.

    我希望你们一切都好。

    我们在这也很好。我们这里有最好的夏天和秋天。这两个季节的天气一直很好。Elliot喜欢在我们的院子做户外运动。他有自己的秋千、自行车还有很多其他的玩具。他是个很快乐的孩子，总是喜欢帮助我们做事情。他大部分时间都很听话，但是偶尔也很调皮。他很聪明，知道什么是对的和错的。当他淘气的时候，他会抬头看着我们然后笑，瞪着大大的充满笑容和传神的眼睛，那样我们就很难再生气了。

    他喜欢吃好吃的。他喜欢所有的水果、蔬菜、鱼、鸡蛋还有肉，他最喜欢西瓜、鳄梨还有辣椒。我们很高兴他喜欢食物。自从我们到了瑞典他长高了很多，你们可以从照片中看出来。我们不得不一直给他买新衣服。我们很高兴也很感激他来到我们的家庭。他就是我们想要的一切，是我们心目中最好的孩子。

    我朋友中有对夫妻，已经从哥伦比亚收养了三个孩子。分别是四岁、八岁还有11岁的。Elliot总是喜欢去他们家与他们一起玩。他们有很多玩具。八岁的Michael有一辆电动车小车，他可以开走，Elliot很迷恋。他只是很喜欢，但是Michael取出电池，告诉Elliot,车坏了，用这种方法让Elliot离开。他的另一个朋友是一个小女孩叫Leia,一岁半。他对她总是很温柔，总是帮助她做事情.我们认为这就是中国文化的精华，我们所遇到的中国人都是很友好的，喜欢帮助他人。

    他还有很多兴趣爱好在日间托儿班。他一周有三天在那，这三天我们上班。托儿班一共有15个孩子，年龄是1到5岁的。他们玩，唱歌，学习字母表里的字母并教他们一些行为礼节。Elliot是个可爱的孩子，和每个小朋友相处的很好，从来不招惹事端。

    这周末我们给他买了个大一点的床。它是红色的印有猫和狗的图案。他很喜欢这个床。他总是想在床上睡觉，把他的毛绒玩具都放到床上。他仍就和我们睡在一个房间，但是是自己独自睡在他的红床。
