New Year's Resolution

Of course I have a lot in my mind what I want to do and to improve myself, but I'm going to just make one thing in my list. Just one. To show my determination. And it is to work on my back pain.
Here is what I'm going to do in 2017 to recover from my back pain:
  • Posture, posture, posture. Be always aware of posture, standing, sitting, walking, and lifting
  • Exercise. Keep active. At least 30 minutes a day on either stretching or muscle building or aerobic exercise
  • Don't panic and feel guilty when failed doing exercise one day. Just get back on schedule
  • Acknowledge that it's a slow process to recover from back pain, especially from chronic back pain. Be patient, and keep confidence on this road, especially when experiencing low and hard time
  • Relax. Easy. Enjoy. Pace myself and not to overdo it
  • Check back when lost confidence and patience.
