Today when i was going home from school, i saw a raccoon! It was right there walking sadly on the sidewalk. I looked shocked at it; and it looked at me and followed me!

I wonder why it is walking so slowly… I just hope the raccoon will not go all the way home with me, if so, what should i tell my mom?

I run as fast as i can back home, told my mom, took my camera, and captured 1 photo and 1 video, I even recorded my mom screaming directly at the raccoon! . I can see that almost all the peoples in my neighborhood are recording videos at the raccoon.

    A lady told my mom that she thinks it is not a normal raccoon, she thinks it is sick because it did not run away when it sees us and because it came out on daytime which is not normal.

    After a long time in the spotlight, the raccoon slept in side our neighbor's big bush.

    This is my first time seeing a live raccoon since I am a late immigrant, in my country, there are almost none racoons. I think the racoon’s eyes glow like the moon!
