Development in technology leads to environmental problems, and some people think that the solution to these problems is for everyone to lead a simpler way of life, while others say that technology can solve these problems. 个人环保不作为的原因：

个人环保不作为的原因很多也是各种各样的，现在一些原因被讨论下，第一，媒体对于环保的宣传力度不够， 第二，个人缺乏环保意识，个人缺乏环保知识，认为自己的能力有限。第三，即使有破坏环境的行为，但是政府缺乏对于不环保行为的惩罚措施。

个人环保不作为的解决方法：

考虑到问题的严重性，我们应该采取有效的措施去解决。第一，政府加强对于破坏环境行为的惩罚力度，第二，媒体加强对于环保知识的宣传， 第三，个人提高环保意识，养成环保的生活的方式，例如，乘坐公共交通工具，周边游不是长途游。
