人为什么学习英语真的很容易

  • Why is it so easy to learn English?

人们通常认为掌握一门外语要过三关(语音关、词汇关、语法关),斩五将(听、说、读、写、译),相对来说,掌握英语单词是最难过的一关。

经过几个课时,如果能上台表演十分钟, 我们就掌握了英语精华, 学到核心语法、语音和几百个单词, 为过词汇关和斩五将奠定基础。

Telling a story 讲故事: Yes man

Hi, classmates!

    How glad I’m to see you, new friends coming from afar!

    First of all, please let me introduce myself! My name is Zhang Long, and my English name is Little Dragon. I was born in 1990, the Year of the Dragon. I’m 12 years old, and I’ll be 13 very soon. I’m from Shanghai, one of the biggest cities in China.

    I like to play table tennis, football and the piano. My favorite fruit is banana. My favorite color is red. I’m not good at math. Could you help me with my math?

My English is good. English isn’t difficult to learn. Do you think so?

I like singing songs, reciting poems and telling stories in English. I can sing 10 songs, recite 3 poems. Now I’m going to sing a song to you.

Two Tigers

There are two tigers,

Who run fast.

One has no ears,

The other (has) no tail.

How strange they are!

 

Then I’ll recite a poem:

Good, Better, Best

Good, better, best,

Never let it rest,

Till good is better,

And better best.

 

Finally I’ll tell you a story.

A Yes Man

Teacher: Hi! Do you speak English

Student: Yes.

T: You are a middle school student, aren’t you?

St: Yes.

T: Are you a native of Beijing?

S: Yes.

T: Do you know how to go to the Great Wall?

S: Yes.

T: Tell me how to go to the Great Wall, please.

S: Yes.

(A minute later)

T: Could you tell me, please.

S: Yes.

T: Which bus should I take?

S: Yes.

T: How far is it?

S: yes.

T: (muttering to himself) How stupid/silly I’m to ask a person who doesn’t know English!

S: (muttering too) Yes.

T: (very angry, shoutingYou are stupid, too!

S: (shouting too) Yes!

T: (smiles) Oh, I see you know only the word “yes”. You are a yes man.

S: Yes!

T: You are concerned about face-saving, but you lost face.

S: Yes.

 

同学们好!

   有朋自远方来,不亦说乎!

   首先,请让我做一个自我介绍。我名叫张龙,英文名叫小龙。我生于1990年,龙年,现年12岁。很快13岁。我来自中国最大的城市之一---上海。

    我喜欢打乒乓球,踢足球和弹钢琴。我最爱吃的水果是香蕉。最喜欢的颜色是红色。我的数学不好。你能帮我学好数学吗? 

我的英语好。英语不难学。您也这样认为吗?

我喜欢用英语唱歌、朗诵诗和讲故事。我现在给你们唱一首歌。

两只老虎

两只老虎跑得快。

一只没有耳朵,

一只没有尾巴。

真奇怪!

 

然后给你们朗读一首诗:

好上加好

永不停歇。

精益求精,

直到完美。

 

最后给您们讲个故事:一个只会说Yes的人

老师:你好!你会说英语吗?

学生:会。

老师:你是个学生,对吧。

学生:是的。

老师:你是当地人吗?

学生:是。

老师:你知道怎么去长城吗?

学生:知道。

老师:请告诉我怎么去长城吧。

学生:好的。

(一分钟后)

老师:请告诉我吧。

学生:好的。

老师:我该乘哪一辆公共汽车?

学生:是的。

老师:长城有多远?

学生:是的。

老师:(嘀嘀咕咕)问一个不懂英语的人,我真是个大傻瓜。

学生:(嘀嘀咕咕)是的。

老师:(很生气,大喊)你也是个傻瓜!

学生:(大喊)是!

老师:(微笑)哦,我明白了,你是个只会说yes的人。

学生:是。

老师:你爱面子,但你丢了面子。

学生:是。

 

核心语法

快速记单词不难,快速背课文不难,快速学语法也不难。在Self-Introduction自我介绍这篇文章中,一位学生对新来的同学作了个自我介绍,一百来个字,小学生必须要学的核心语法都在其中。

小学生必须要学的核心语法是4时态和4种句子。

动词有时态的变化。以动词work为例,4时态下:

一般现在时:I work.

一般过去时:I worked.

一般将来时:I shall work.

现在进行时:I am working.

 

自我介绍就有5种常用的时态:

一般现在时:How glad I’m to see you, new friends from far away!

            My name is Zhang Long, and my English name is Little Dragon.

一般过去时:I was born in 1990, the Year of the Dragon.

            I came here last week.

一般将来时:I’ll be 13 very soon.

            Then I’ll recite a poem

现在进行时:I’m going to sing a song to you:

 

4种句子。

陈述句: My name is Zhang Long, and my English name is Little Dragon.

疑问句: Can you help me with my math?

感叹句: How glad I’m to see you, new friends!

祈使句: Let me introduce myself.

 

我们再举一反三,学好这5时态:

一般现在时:

Do one thing at a time, and do well. 一次只做一件事,做到最好!

Never forget to say "thanks" .永远不要忘了说谢谢

Never put off what you can do today until tomorrow. 今日事今日毕!

He is not a teacher. 他不是老师。

The girl is very beautiful. 这姑娘很漂亮。

My father went to work at six yesterday. 我父亲昨天6点上班的。

I helped my brother with his biology after school. 放学后,我帮助弟弟学生物课。

Were they busy yesterday evening? 他们昨天晚上忙吗?

一般将来时:

I will go to America tomorrow. 我明天去美国。

The pilot will fly to Japan the month after the next.这飞行员下下个月飞往日本。

    Will you go to America tomorrow? 你明天去美国吗?

    Will the pilot fly to Japan the month after the next? 这飞行员下下个月飞往日本吗?

    现在进行时:

What are you doing? 你在干什么?

I’m cooking the chicken.我在烧鸡。

I’m feeding the fish. 我在喂鱼。

I’m listening to music. 我在听音乐。

I’m talking on the phone. 我在打电打电话。

I’m watering the flowers. 我在浇花。

I’m walking the dog. 我在溜狗。

What are they doing? 他们在干什么?

They are making jiaozi. 他们在包饺子。

They are sleeping. 他们在睡觉。

Where is she going? 她去哪里?

She is going to school. 她去上学。

She is going to the zoo.她去动物园。

我们再举一反三,学好这四种句子。

陈述句

肯定

John was honest. 约翰是诚实的。

You should listen in class.上课要听讲。

You should be helpful.你要肯帮助人。

否定

He doesn’t have any brother. 他没有兄弟。

I don’t understand. 我不明白。

疑问句

一般疑问句对全句提出问题,回答用yesno开头。

Are there any cups on the table?  桌子上有茶杯吗?

Yes, there are. 是的。

特殊疑问句对句中某一部分提出问题,句首用疑问副词或疑问代词,共8个:what, who, whose, which, where, when, why and how。用降调。具体回答,不能用yesno开头。

What do you do on Sunday? 星期天你做什么?

I usually do some cleaning. 我常常搞卫生。

选择疑问句提出两种或两种以上的情况, 要求对方从中选择。中间用or 相连。回答要选择一种情况,用完全句回答。

Are Tom’s trousers old or new? 汤姆的裤子是新的还是旧的?

They’re new. 是新的。

反意疑问句。提问人有一定看法,但不肯定,需对方证实。在陈述句后, 加一个与陈述后部分相反的简略疑问句。陈述部分用降调, 疑问部分多用升调。回答用yesno开头。

She went to see her grandma last Sunday, didn’t she?

她上星期日去看她奶奶了, 是吗?

No, she didn’t. 不,她没去。

    感叹句

how引导

how +形容词/副词+陈述句肯定式。

How interesting (it is)! 多有趣!(注:感叹句常用省略形式。)

how +陈述句肯定式。

How fast he runs! 他跑得多快!

How we love our motherland! 我们多么热爱我们的祖国!

what引导

what (a) +名词

What a pity! 多可惜!

what (a) +形容词+名词

What good news! 多么好的消息!

What a fine day! 多么好的天气!

祈使句

肯定式

Go to your seat! 到你的座位上去。

Run!跑!

Pass me the book, please. 请递给我那本书。

否定式

Don't read in bed. 不要躺着看书。

Don’t play with fire, It’s dangerous.

Don’t open the door for the stranger.

Don’t throw things out of the window.

let

1. Let me think. 让我想一想!

2. Let’s go and play basketball. 让我们去打篮球。

3. Let’s not talk about it. 我们不谈这个。

 

    自我介绍中出现了形容词最高级。

I’m from Shanghai, one of the biggest cities in China.

Good, better, best

自我介绍中出现了婉转客气表达法

Could you help me with my math?

 

可以说,做好一个自我介绍,就成功了一半。让我们每一个人都做好一个自我介绍吧。请注意,千万别从头到尾是陈述句,从头到尾是一般现在时。核心语法学好,再学点有关冠词、名词、代词、形容词、动词等基本语法。
