昨天拿3块MAC Starflash系列单色眼影和NARS新腮红Dolce Vita化了个妆，图片很多，整理了好久，今天发文。

首先看三块MAC眼影。Starflash系列，共出了12色小眼影，颜色本身没有太多突破，但特色在于它们creamy的质地，上色顺滑持久。

我手里有三个色，分别是Lotusland, Top hat, 和smoke & diamond.

看到Smoke & Diamonds时，第一感觉就是和MJ单色秀发很相似，两块摆在一起，果然相似度很高。

两色都是玫瑰调，DV是亚光暗红玫瑰色，Taos是带金闪带一点点橘感的玫瑰色。

Dolce Vita实物看起来平平淡淡很无趣的样子，但后来上脸的效果很让我惊喜，是很可爱粉嫩的淡淡玫瑰红润感。

画法：

上眼影

先用lemon aid和udpp打底。
BB眼线胶化内眼线（MAC#209）。
用MAC#242将B色压满眼窝。
用MAC#239将C色压在眼窝线，再用MAC#219加强眼尾V字区域。
用MAC#217沾取B色在B和C区域之间来回扫匀。
用MAC#217沾取A色扫眉骨并晕开眼窝线边界。
MAC黑色眼线笔化外眼线，用NARS#15刷晕开。

下眼线是用NARS#15刷沾取D色在下眼睑化一条很粗的下眼影，眼头用UD金色亮片眼线液打亮。
戴好上下假睫毛后，用亮片液点在上睫毛梢上，增加一点bling bling感。

用#109打圈上EDM矿物粉底，#187上NARS腮红。#168打脸侧阴影，#224打鼻影。
#109上矿物粉底效果真的很灵，比我上一次用#187和#180刷出来的妆效好多了，遮盖力大大加强。

妆文就到这里。

闲话几句，最近我在减肥中，小有所成。我发现，瑜伽真的是一项非常好的运动啊。我由于健康问题，像有氧操，跑步游泳什么的都不能做，稍微练一下就会犯病，所以只有瑜伽这种温和的运动才能做做。目前是跟着网上下载的玉珠铉减肥瑜伽练习，每天40分钟，坚持了2周半。头一周没什么感觉，就是身体柔韧性有改善，从第二周开始，就可以看出常年坐在电脑前搞出来的救生圈开始消退，腰线凹进去，大腿和手臂变得紧实，到今天，体重比刚开始练时轻了2.5公斤，其间并没有节食。整个人精神状态非常好，不会早上起不来，睡眠质量明显提高，而且停了中药后，不会像以前那样容易发病，感觉超级好。以前觉得瑜伽很闷，难以坚持，尝到甜头后，哪天不做就觉得缺了点什么似的，呵呵。
