common practice || Bay windows are becoming more and more popular recently as it allows a better view and more natural light.However,the industry lacks detailed study into the structure of these bay windows.
In response,we have done a series of detailed analysis and suggest a more comprehensive and scientific method that includes the radiator below the bay window.
Solutions ||
1.Design to avoid the need to climb up and down to open window,in order to reduce the possibility of accidents.
2.With the principle of not increasing the floor area,increase the usable area of the interior.
3.Reduce the cold-bridging area;at the same time lowers the area required for waterproofing.
4.Place radiator below the window sill to increase the wholeness of the space.
问题 || 可以提供更好视野和采光的飘窗做法,在住宅设计中被越来越多的采用,但对于飘窗的具体构造还缺少深入的研究。
对此,我们进行了详细的分析,结合窗下的暖气,综合考虑,得出了更科学的构造做法。
解决方案||
1.飘窗位置移动至外墙结构外皮,在保证挑出深度的前提下,减小窗台的进深,避免开关窗户时爬上爬下,带来意外的危险。
2.在保证飘窗采光面积并不增加建筑面积的前提下,增加了室内可以使用的面积。
3.减少了室内外之间冷桥的面积,同时也减少了需要设置防水的面积,因此减少了冬天结露、夏天漏雨的可能性。
4.利用飘窗下的空间放置暖气,增加了空间的完整性。
