偶尔会有人问我MRT如何安装以及为何总是安装不成功。下面简要介绍一下本人安装MRT的基本操作过程。

   Firstly,these files below should be prepared in your hard disk

 

  Secondly,click on the file "install.bat",then the MRT installation interface will be shown as follows:

Thirdly,input "y" and click on "Enter" key.The following command line will be shown like this:

Fourthly,you can click on "Enter" key on the keyboard or give an absolute installation path according to the example.It depends on you.Here,I would like to click on Enter key directly.The installation path will come into being automatically in the current file path.And then an interface will be shown:

 

Fifthly,input "y" on the command line and click on "Enter" key .An interface like this will be shown:

Sixthly,choose the version of windows you are running.My operating system is XP.Then I input "1" on the command line and click on "Enter" key:

Seventhly,enter the path to your java bin directory(like this: C:/Program Files/Java/jre1.5.0_05/bin).This is helpful for your MRT GUI use

 

Finally,enter "Enter" key to finish the MRT installation.

MODS SWATH TOOL的安装与MRT类似,不再赘述。
