一．听力训练。

Listen and answer:

1: Where does Danny sit?

2: Does Jenny like spring?

3: What does Danny fell at first?

4: When does Danny fell at last?

二、  探究新知：

1. What’s the matter? 怎么啦？

matter n. 事情，

常见句式有：

What’s the matter( with) …? 意为“……怎么啦？”

What’s the matter with…? 相当于 What’s wrong with…?

--- What’s the matter with you? 你怎么啦？

---I’m not feeling very well. 我感觉不舒服。

---What’s the matter with your car?

     你的车怎么啦？

---It just can’t start. 发动不起来了。

2. Danny starts to cry. 丹尼开始哭起来了。

start 与begin都表示“开始”，用法大致相同，后面可接不定式或v-ing形式。例如：

We start /begin class at eight.

   我们8点开始上课。

They start/begin to go over their lessons. 他们开始复习功课。

3. Think about the good things.

       想一想好的事情。

think about   考虑，想。后可接宾语。

I’m thinking about the problem.

  我正在考虑那个问题。

Please think about how to begin. 

  请考虑一下如何开始。

I thought about what he said carefully.

  我仔细考虑了他说的话。

4. You can use your new umbrella.

     你可以用你的新雨伞。

use   v. 使用，常用于 use … to do sth. 例如：

We use pens to write letters. 

    我们用钢笔写信。
