实施的差异教学的策略:民主和谐的教学环境

 

案例描述教学设计及实况描述:

(一)教学设计

1.      教学目标,任务

1)      教师教学目标:

a.       知识目标:

通过各项课堂学习活动的开展,使学生理解并熟练掌握新单词,理解对话内容,熟练掌握词组并灵活运用。

b.      能力目标:

通过图片,游戏,卡通flash等运用,吸引学生的注意力,不断地鼓励学生积极参加到课堂各项活动中,在学习的过程中提高学生学习英语的兴趣,进而提高学生学习英语的信心。

c.       态度,情感,价值观:

建立良好的沟通渠道,缩短师生距离感,建立良好的师生关系,共同营造民主、和谐、轻松、愉悦的课堂氛围。

2).教学重点难点分析:

词汇量较大,罪行和罪犯的词汇容易混淆。

3)学生情况分析:

学生的整体水平属于中等偏下水平,有相当一部分学生在学习上有较大困难,在英语学习方面信心不足,导致他们的学习主动性不是很高。所以需要通过营造民主和谐的课堂氛围来激起他们学习的热情。另一方面也需要通过各种课堂活动,注重差异,分层次来使全体同学参与到课堂中来,并在不断的训练和引导中锻炼他们的语言运用能力。

4)学生学习任务:

通过图片,卡通flash学习新单词及对话,并通过游戏及练习进行巩固,最后通过小组活动对所学进行综合运用。

 

2.信息资源设计:

利用多媒体教学,创造各种英语学习情景,使学生产生兴趣,吸引学生参与到课堂学习活动中来,增加学习的乐趣,比如说本教案所穿插与所学内容有关的英文卡通即可以吸引学生眼球还可以让学生有所学。另外利用多媒体,还可以教学活动得以有步骤得展开,使内容自然紧凑,而且容量大,节省了大量的时间。

3.协作学习环境设计:

把全班同学分成多人小组及两人小组,进行讨论学习。小组学习可以调动学生的积极性,学生间的合作可以使优生带动差生学习,使原本动不了的差生也可以动起来,从而使人人都参与到课堂学习中来。

 

(二)实际课堂教学详案

Unit6 Welcome the unit and vocabulary

 

Teaching objectives:

1.to master the new words about criminals and crimes

2.To understand the dialogue between Eddie and Hobo and master the main language points.

3.To know how to describe a murderer.

 

 

Teaching procedure:

Step 1 Lead in:

1.Show a picture of Conan and ask: What's his job?(He is a detective.n.侦探)

 

Step2 Presentation:

1.A detective's job is to find out different criminals for their crimes.

                                  n.罪犯         n.罪行

2.There are many kinds of criminals and crimes.

The boy is a  _______.n.小偷(pl. thieves)

He is guilty of _______.n.偷窃行为

      guilty: adj 有罪的 be guilty of:犯有......罪

The girl is a _________.n.商店 扒手

She is guilty of________.n.入店行窃

Two men with guns are ___________.(kidnappers n.绑匪)

They are guilty of  ___________.(kidnapping n.绑架)

There was a_______ in a country house last month.(murder.谋杀)

A doctor was ______.(murdered , murder v.谋杀 )

The police are still searching for the _________.(murderer,n.凶手)

The murderer is very cruel.

However,most of the time, a detective don't know who the murderer is immediately.He has to find out the murderer among the suspects.

通过图片的展示,学生很容易就能理解并记住所学的单词

 

3.Show all the sentences together and read the sentences and words together.

1).A detective's job is to find out different criminals for their crimes.

2).The boy is a thief. He is guilty of theft.

3). The girl is a shoplifter. She is guilty of shoplifting.

4).Two men with guns are kidnappers. They are guilty of kidnapping.

5).There was a murder in a country house last month. A doctor was murdered. The police are still searching for the murderer.

6).The murderer is very cruel.

7).The detective has to find out the murderer among the suspects

通过重新复习这些句子,加深学生对新单词的印象。.

 

5.Exercises:have a try. Choose a letter from A,B,C,D,E,F, and finish the relative exercises. If you answer it correctly, you can get a prize.

A.Finish the table:match the crimes with the right criminals

 

 

 

B.Fill in the blanks according to the Chinese

1. She is one of the _________.(嫌疑犯)

2. He is a famous ________(侦探).

C.Say something about the picture

D.Use the correct form of the verb:

1. We all hate ___________(thief).

2. He is guilty of __________(kidnap).

E.Say something about the picture.

F.Congratulations. You are the luckiest, and you don't need to do the exercises but still can get the prize.

以游戏的形式来对刚学的新单词进行巩固练习。学生可以从A,B,C,D,E,F中任选一项进行回答,回答对可以获得奖励,对学生来说具有一定挑战性,而且其中有一项是可以不用回答问题就可以拿奖品,能调动学生积极性。A,B,C,D,E,F中的习题的题型不同,均是对刚才所学生词的运用,考验学生是否掌握了这些生词。设置比较简单,基本都能回答,能增强学生信心。

 

6.Show a picture of Eddie and ask :What does Eddie look like?( He looks like a detective.)

Ask Ss to watch the flash about Eddie and Hobo carefully and answer these questions:

1). Why is Eddie dressed like a detective?

2).  What is he really looking for?

3). Do you think his job is serious?

卡通比较有趣,能吸引学生的注意力,使他们乐于到对话中寻找问题答案。

 

7.Read the dialogue and pay attention to some phrases:

像那样打扮

做一些重要的工作

寻找凶手

严重的多

不见

 

8.Exercises: Finish the passage

One day, Hobo was very surprised at why Eddie was  d______ like a d______. Eddie answered that he was doing some very i________ work. Was he looking for a m______?" No," he said, “This is much more s______.” His food had gone m______.

首字母填空所设置的空格都与前面所学词组有关,既可以回馈学生所学情况,也可以巩固学生所学。

 

9.It's your turn to be the detective: someone was murdered in Sun Town last night, let's find out who the murderer is. Show the information about the four suspects and let Ss do some exercises after each suspect's note.

1)What is the suspect called?

What does he do ?

Where does he live ?

What was he doing when the murder took place ?

What does he look like ?

2) This man is ______________. He is a _____________. He lives in _____________. He is _______, __________________.  Last Saturday , he was in __________.

3) T or F

1.Emily Smith lived in Sun Town.

2.She works  in a restaurant.

3.She was very thin.

4.She is friendly.

通过对四个嫌疑犯的说明设置不同题型的问题,来锻炼学生寻找信息的能力。

10.Group work:

Work in four and discuss who the murderer is . Each group can choose a leader to talk about it . You can win an reward for your group.

For example:

I think the person most likely to be the murderer is _________. He/She is a ________. He/She lives in________. Last Saturday, he/she was _______.He/She is__________. I think he/she is the murderer because ____________.

考虑到学生的基础,给学生一定的提示,这样就可以照顾一些学习能力相对差一些的同学也可以参与到活动中。而能力强些的同学可以另行发挥。分组活动也有利于优生带动差生,从而实现人人开口。从课堂反应来看,同学们讨论的氛围很好,而且都积极地参与到活动中来,令我开心的是一个能力较差的学生也举手发言,虽然讲的有点断断续续,但是也很好地完成了任务。

Step3 Homework:

1.Recite the new words.

2.Recite the dialogue.

 

(三) 学习效果评价设计:

      由于本节课的对象是基础比较差的学生,整节课注重基础训练,设置的任务也比较简单。通过各项不同的任务吸引学生的注意力,使他们产生浓厚的学习兴趣。各项活动由易入难,循序渐进,兼顾差异,适用于整体,使所有同学都有所学,体验到学习的成功,增强他们的信心,进一步极高了他们学习的积极性。

 

二、案例分析

本节课的对象是中等偏下的学生,有相当一部分的学生学习英语都有困难,从而使他们缺乏自信心,学习的主动性不高。这样的学生通常都是因为缺乏自信,从而产生对英语学习的惧怕心理,一味逃避学习英语,导致学习越来越跟不上。要使这些学生正视英语课堂,重拾学习英语的信心,我觉得营造一种民主和谐的教学环境是非常重要的一个环节。

民主和谐的教学环境是建立在良好的师生关系基础上的,师生间相互尊重,相互信任能使学生产生积极学习的动力,从而激发学生学习英语的热情,变厌学为愿学。再此基础上合理安排课堂活动,尊重个体差异,使每个学生的价值都得到体现。

所以我在设置本节课时尽量以学生能轻松学习为前提,大量使用图片,穿插游戏,卡通 FLASH,吸引学生注意,引起他们的兴趣。所设题目都尽量挑重点,而且难度不大,让学生们都知道,只要认真学习了,基本都能完成,即使有的同学有困难,也不断鼓励,一时想不出也可以翻书完成回答。而对回答完的同学都进行表扬,使其增强信心,慢慢产生学习的动力。在一些题目及任务的设置上尽量让学生以小组合作的形式开展,在设置上对优生及差生的要求也不同,这样能调动学生积极性,使课堂气氛热烈,便于优生带动差生,从而做到人人参与,体现了学生的主体地位,也使差异教学得到落实。
