Step 4.Let the students read the teaching  goals、 the teaching important points and teaching difficult.
Step 5.Learn the new content
1.Learn the new words:
different, does, beautiful, good-looking, cool, cute, Canada, pretty, funny, China, glasses
2.Learn the part 1 of the text：
⑴ Use computer to show some pictures and ask the students: What does she/he look like ？and help the students answer: She is beautiful ./He is good-looking ./He is cool!/She looks cute ！
⑵Let the students practice the sentences in small group .
3. Learn the part 2 of the text：
⑴Listen and complete the sentences.
Play the tape,and let the students listen carefully and complete three sentences:
① Jenny is from _____ .she has _____,______hair.
Her eyes are _____ .She is a _____ girl .
② Danny is from ____ .He has _____,____ hairs. He is _____.He looks _____ .
③ I’m Li Ming. I’m a _____ . I’m from ____ . I have  _____, ______ hair .I wear glasses .We look _____.
⑵ Check the answer and listen again .This time let the students follow the tape .
Step 5.Practice .
⑴Let the students describe the persons according to the key words.
Jenny-------Canada, short, blond, blue, pretty
Danny------- Canada, three, black, tall, funny
Li Ming------ student, China, short, black,
⑵ Ask volunteers to come to the front .The others begin to describe them .
Step 6. Summary.
Go over the words and sentences . Guide the students understand the content
