English and Americans can speak fluent English ,and so can Chinese

Ladies and Gentlemen,good evening.
I’m glad to see so many people come to the English corner.by the way ,may some of you know me,some may not,so let me introduce myself. I’m WALLY,junior student. I like English very much. Now I show you some evidents. There’re note books I write in the latest 3 years,the dictionary,electronic dictionary and DVD player. I try to learn English through many many ways. I’m here to address my speech ,I do hope it’s useful for your English learning.
Ok! Let’s get the ball rolling. Today ,the topic I want to talk “English and Americans can speak fluent English ,and so can Chinese”. Actually,it’s a paper of mine,during the speech ,you’ll see Chinese characters on the screen and I’ll talk it in English . now get the point !During our English learning,sometimes you may admire English and American’s fluent English ,that’s natural; may you way to speak fluent English as well,that’s good ;may sometimes you want to give it up because of the difficulties . now ,budy,hang on! Never to be frustrated ,you should be more confident -----Yes,I can----english is useful and powerful-----I need it ! English and Americans can  speak fluent  English ,and so can Chinese. Work harder! Where is the will ,there is a way!
Next,I’ll share some experience with you. I’m studying English for ten years now.i make progress day by day and step by step, I try to summarize something in certain period . however ,I dare not to teach a fish to swim ,I believe more people means more ideas, two heads better than one. I just want to share some ideas.
As you know,language is formed during the process of communication ,it is different from peoples to peoples ,countries to countries, but we can command it through learning and exchanging . every thing obeys its law ,language is no exception. Language compounds both words and sound ,word is used to recognize and identify,it’s tangable,we can see and write it. We should pay great attention to vocabulary,for sound,it’s intangible,but we have the capability to imitate it,the most important things are to listen ,speak ,and read.listening hundred of times ,I bet you can name all the details ; speaking hundred of times ,your tongue will become the pen of the writer.more reading can wide your horizon. You can know the length and the width of the picture. The three parts are closely related.more listening,the accurate in pronounciation;more reading ,more you know and fluenter and properer you can speak.
Coming up next,we should learn some language culture .language is the mark different from nations to nations ,culture differences exist naturally.  Such as ways of thinking. Chinese wrinte year,moth,and date and address from larger ones to smaller ones, but English and Americans are on the contrary.又如中国人说喝汤，但用英语非（drink  soup ），而为eat soup ，再如，打招呼，中国人常问“吃了吗？”英美人还以为你要请客。这里在介绍一些常用语的地道说法，吹牛（talk horse），游得像条鱼（swim like a duck），如鱼得水（like a duck into water），像热锅上的蚂蚁（like a hen on a girdle），落汤鸡（like a downed rat）像蜜蜂一样勤劳 (as industrious as ant），饥如饿狼（hungry as bear），狐假虎威（an ass in a lion’s skin），老虎不在家猴子称霸王（when the cat is away, the rat will play），爱屋及乌（love me love my dog），一颗老鼠屎害了一锅粥（a fly in the ointment），当然，学习中难免会受文化差异的影响，但不能畏首畏尾，因噎废食，望而却步，饿应该去主动学习，尽量避免又在错误中学习（draw  a  lesson  from  the  bitter  experience ）。             When we learn another language ,it can not avoid making mistakes.but we should try to learn and draw lessons for the bitter experices rather than frightening and eacaping.
And the most important point is that we should not pick up and slect what we should learn ,  and what we should not . the more you know,the better it is. Otherwise,may you can know how to say president ,chairman,astronomic,geography,but never to know the daily items ,such as bowl ,chopsticks, toothbrush,tooth paste,shampoo,hair condition. Even new group experts in playing computer never to know the meanings of HTTP, WWW, COM , VS, PK. May some day you’ll say :if only I had learned it before I need it .that’s too late.
After this ,I’d like to talk some skills on English learning . we should find out the best way according to personal feature . here I recommend a few ways on vocabulary ,the 1st is prefix and suffix ,not only can it increase vocabulary but can help you know the meaning of words. Take the word “cycle” for example,if you add prefix “uni, bi, tri, quardra” you can get “unicycle,bicycle ,tricycle, quardracycle”.the second way remember words in sentences . may you remember 10 or more words in a few seconds ,but you may remember no one after another seconds .but you can even cleanly lots of words in sentences for a long time. The 3rd is synonym and antonym ,this way is useful to remember adj. and adv.as well as pre.
In short , we should try to find the relationship between the words so that we can remember them easily.
 I  took  off  the  clothes  and  necklace  ,bracelet  ,then  entered  the  bathroom  ,washed  my  body  with  soap  ,cleaned  my  hair  with  shampoo  and  hair  condition  ,after  that  I  dried  myself  with  towel  ,next  morning  ,I  put  on  the  sacks  ,trousers  and  suit  ,gloves  wrapped  the  graft  and  went  to  school  .oh god ! it’s  raining  ,I  had  to  put  on  the  raincoat  and  took  on  umbrella  
What I’d like to emphasise are perseverance and determination. No one can achieve success in short time, Rome is not built in one day, we need to accumulate little by little .  the meaning of  a same chinese character in different words will change a lot . look at the following examples:
 大道理（general principle）大班（top grade in kindergarten）大清早（early morning）立大功（extraordinary service）大鱼大肉（rich food）大考（final exam）大局（overall situation）大惑不解（extremely puzzled）。
So the crash course and intensive course ,they are Spanish athlete and blow their own trumpet in order to make more profit.  But I do not mean the try organization doesn’t have ability.
Fially, I want to give suggestions that you should have right  attiude to the exams fo CET 4 or CET 6. some are superism about the certificate of these ,the just read their vocabulary books in hand day after day,but neglect to learn some thing else . some guys are even worse ,when they got their certificates ,they reluctant to learn any more ,they forget the saying:never too old to learn.so they got embarrassing for instance , a job hunter heard “how are you doing ?” “take a seat” ,he didn’t know how to answer and what to do during his interview,because he never heard these before but just knew “how are you ?” “sit down ,please !” that’s really terrible .
So much for this! And there some suggestions on teaching behind . if you’re interested in it ,you can have a look .
