IV. 提纲类作文

提纲类作文是高考书面表达的一个特色。就是给出某种情景和内容要求，请考生根据这一情景或要求写出自己的思想，能充分体现学生的自己的思维想象能力和语言表达能力。但常出现的问题是：对所给情景和要求把握不准，容易走题、要点不全。因此，认真读题，把握好情景与要求，表达内容要紧扣情景所反映的主题；然后合理地使用和安排好材料；最后，进行合理的总结。

      根据下列提示，请大胆想象，写一篇以What is our future like?为题的科幻小短文。题材不限。

注意：1.词数：120左右；2. 展开想象，合乎逻辑，行文连贯；3.文章的开头已给出，不计入总词数。

One possible version:

      It is hard to predict what exactly the future will be like, but to express the imaginary ideas in our mind is another thing.

      First of all, I think the human head will be the most important and frequently used used part of the human body, so it is to be bigger, and the fingers will becoming more nimble. However, other parts will be similar to the ones we have now.

      Houses will be quite different from now. Some are equipped with wheels so as to move around the planet under space. People are able to try all kinds of food throughout the world easily and clothes are equipped with air-conditions to adjust temperature. At last, everyone will take an active part in the social activities and obey certain rules willingly. Muti-culture can co-exist peacefully. The society is well-organized and people are friendlier than ever.

     In all, I’m sure it will be a perfect world.

     The Olympic Games will be held On August 8, 2008 in China. As a Chinese student, what do you think of it?

I’m proud of China

      China has got the chance to hold the 2008Olympic Games, which always fills with excitement.

      The population of China makes up of one fifth of the world’s total population, So holding the Olympic Games in Beijing will spread the Olympic spirit to more people. Beijing, the capital of China, with its long history and splendid culture, is a well-known city with great experience in holding large international sporting events. Therefore, We should be confident of the success of the 2008 Olympics.

      To win in the games is important, and athletes across the world must seize the chance to shoe their skills and power, but the Olympic Games are about friendship and peace, so what is most important is to get on well with athlete from other countries. After all, honor is more precious than gold medals.

      I believe holding the Olympic Games will make China a more popular country.

      I’m proud of China. I will love you forever, my country—China.
