     丹宁牛仔布，又称：DENIM，单宁（单凝、丹伶）布，赤耳布、赤耳丹宁布，红边（红线边）牛仔布、光边牛仔布、彩边牛仔布，织边（特织边）牛仔布，窄幅（窄封）牛仔布，Selvage（Selvdge） denim，古典（传统）牛仔布、古董（复古）牛仔布，有梭机（老式机）牛仔布，日本冈山（冈本）牛仔布；是世界上最古老的面料品种之一，从16世纪起，就被用来制成裤子，但它永远年轻，时至今日，它仍然穿在各国的人民身上。

    随着工业机械化日新月异的发展，这种用老式布机生产的牛仔面料已经逐步消失，目前仅有像LEVI'S〔列维斯〕等几家国际知名牛仔品牌使用这种古老的牛仔布，物以稀为贵，因此DENIM已成为顶级牛仔产品的象征。

    我公司对过去淘汰下来的老式布机进行了技术改造，按国外客户的要求研究开发出了这种稀有、高档、纯粹手工织造的牛仔裤面料，这是我公司独有的技术，其特有的产品风格是其他先进的牛仔布生产设备所不能达到的。该产品10～14.5盎司/平方码，门幅30英寸左右〔正好裁一个裤幅〕，起订量3000米。纹路清晰，质感厚重，采用美国利惠、斯特劳斯牛仔布检验标准，质量稳定可靠。我们的产品仅是日本冈山同类产品的1／2～1／3的价格，具有极高的国际市场竞争力。我们愿为各类客户提供优质的产品和优良的服务。

Classical denim introduction

    Denim is one of the most popular fabrics in the world. It is pursued by many Top brands in their collection. So far the denim has already evolved into different styles with rapid progress of weaving machines. The classical denim, which produced in a manual weaving machine with shuttles are becomes more and more precious. One of the key characteristics of the classical denim is its smooth selvage. It is used to make pants from 16th century and even up to now, it is still very popular.

With the rapid progress of industrialization and mechanics development, the manual weaving machine with shuttles almost extinct. Therefore the classical denim becomes very precious and becomes the symbol of Top brand. So only some top jean brands like LEVI’S still use this kind of fabrics in her collections. 

Our company has made the necessary innovation on the old-style manual weaving machine to ensure it can meet the new requirement of the market. With the unique technology, we have developed the classical denim which can show all the characteristics of the fabrics, like clear texture, thickness hand-feel and stable quality; As far as we know, so far the classical denim can not produced even in very advanced weaving equipment. The weight range of our products is 10oz – 14.5oz with fabric width of 30 inch, which can right match a width of pants. The minimal quantity of the classical denim is 3000 meter. Our product can meet the International Quality standard and our price is very competitive, it is only around half to one third times of the price comparing with one competitor in Japan.
